Meet Georgia
Georgia Cameron became the owner of RibbonTrim in 2025, bringing with her a lifelong love of ribbon, colour and thoughtful design. From gift wrapping and stationery to beautifully finished products, ribbon has always been something she's naturally been drawn to, making RibbonTrim a business that feels both exciting and deeply personal.
As owner, Georgia oversees every aspect of the business… from working closely with customers and designing custom ribbon, to sourcing premium ribbons and trims from trusted manufacturers around the world. She manages supplier relationships, coordinates production, ensures colour and quality standards are met, and works closely with customers to deliver products that are both beautiful and practical.
Before RibbonTrim, Georgia spent fifteen years as a Junior School teacher, where organisation, communication and creativity were part of everyday life. Those skills now shape the way she leads the business, with a strong focus on responsiveness, efficiency and building genuine, long-term relationships with customers.

Georgia particularly loves helping customers bring their ribbon ideas to life. After a 30-year career with Qantas, Jennifer brings a wealth of customer service experience, organisation and genuine care to RibbonTrim. Having spent decades working with people from all walks of life, she understands that exceptional service is about listening, building relationships and making every interaction a positive one.
At RibbonTrim, Jennifer oversees much of the order fulfilment process, ensuring every package is carefully prepared and beautifully presented before it leaves our warehouse. She believes that receiving an order should feel just as special as placing it, with every ribbon thoughtfully packed and every detail checked with care.
Known for her calm nature and meticulous attention to detail, Jennifer takes great pride in ensuring each customer receives not only a quality product, but an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Whether she's preparing a custom order, checking colours or carefully packaging ribbon, her goal is always the same… to make every delivery something customers look forward to receiving.

A Legacy of Craftsmanship, A Future of Creativity
RibbonTrim’s story begins in the late 1800s, woven into the fabric of Australia’s manufacturing history. The Rossi family began producing hat bindings and narrow fabrics in Sydney, supplying to iconic brands including Akubra. Over the decades, the business evolved to serve the fashion, millinery, and uniform industries across Australia.
In 2003, Alexandra Tiffin, fourth-generation Rossi, launched RibbonTrim, bringing a fresh global outlook to the brand.
In 2025, Alexandra proudly passed the baton to Georgia Cameron. With a creative eye and passion for design, Georgia is building on RibbonTrim’s legacy and plans to infuse the company with fresh vision, sourcing premium trims globally while preserving the brand’s reputation for quality and service.
