  • We stock a wide spectrum (196) of ribbon colours, with an extensive variety across satin, grosgrain, Petersham, printed ribbon, braids, hatbands, and more. Plus, we offer custom dyeing and weaving to match your unique brand shades exactly. Here is a link to our colour cards.

  • We cater equally to small orders and larger production runs. There is a minimum order of 2 rolls for stocked ribbon, or a minimum of 5 rolls for custom printed ribbon.

  • We specialise in custom printed ribbons to align with your brand. Simply provide your logo artwork, ideally in a high-resolution format or vector file, and we will create a sample proof for your approval before printing.

  • RibbonTrim operates with long-term suppliers across Europe and Asia, supported by modern weaving and dyeing facilities. This global network allows us to deliver high‑quality custom and stocked ribbons efficiently.

  • If we have it in stock, it is typically ready for prompt dispatch. However, due to our wide range of colours and widths, most orders will have to be shipped in. Custom, bespoke woven or dyed ribbons may take longer. Lead times will depend on design, colour complexity, and order size. Please contact us for a tailored timeline.
